Randall Street Makerspace lecture room Highfield S2 4SJ

We look forward to welcoming you to our second lecture of the 2024 season. Our speaker Sally Mosley has provided a lovely summary as follows: “I’m passionate about the Peak District and have shared my extensive knowledge by writing a regular article in the Peak Advertiser for nearly 34 years. I was also a feature writer for Derbyshire Life magazine for several years. I set up Sally Mosley Guided Walks in 2006 and for the next 12 years led hundreds of visitors of all ages on a variety of walks throughout the Peak District. I have been a public speaker for many years and a part-time assistant in Bakewell Visitor Centre for 17 years where I still work. I was once described as being potty about the Peak District which I think sums me up nicely.”

The lecture will start at 7pm, finish by 9pm, and include a break for refreshments and mingling.

For lovers of the Peak District this is an event not to be missed.
