Thundercliffe Grange is a long established “Co-Housing” scheme, a system more common on the continent, which gives the benefits of co-operative ownership but safeguards the individual’s property rights. We will be shown round the grounds and some of the accommodation The buildings date back to 1777 and are Grade 2 listed. There are traces of earlier buildings on the site, and it is one of the earliest sites in Yorkshire for iron smelting. Please assemble in the car park at 1045 and bring £3.00 per head.
